ACC Improvement Requests

Please remember that many property improvements or additions (i.e. buildings, fences, concrete, “major” landscaping projects, etc.) require prior approval from the Architectural Control Committee.

If you’re unsure if an upcoming project requires ACC approval and need help, please email and submit your question.

ACC Requests are submitted through the CGM email or postal mail to:

Requests will be reviewed by the North Ridge Estates Site Manager to make sure the request has all the necessary information.
